Here are the most common reasons why you can't find the Facebook connection request
1. You don't have full admin access to the page.

- You can check this by going to your Facebook Page.
- "Switch" into your Facebook Page.
- Go to "Settings"
- Go to "New Page Experience" and "Page Access".
- Find yourself in the access list, and check if you have "Full control".
- If you don't have full control, ask someone on the list to give you Full control.
2. You have full admin access to your page, but it is owned by a Business Account ("Business Manager account").

- Repeat steps A-F in Step 1 above.
- The screenshot above shows that a Business owns this page example.
- The connection request has then been sent to the Business Manager's account.
- Go to https://business.facebook.com/settings/ and find "Requests". This is what it looks like (here's where the request will be received from Adline):
