Where Can I Find The Facebook Connection Request?

Here are the most common reasons why you can't find the Facebook connection request

 

1. You don't have full admin access to the page.
    1. You can check this by going to your Facebook Page.
    2. "Switch" into your Facebook Page.
    3. Go to "Settings"
    4. Go to "New Page Experience" and "Page Access".
    5. Find yourself in the access list, and check if you have "Full control".
    6. If you don't have full control, ask someone on the list to give you Full control.

2. You have full admin access to your page, but it is owned by a Business Account ("Business Manager account").

    1. Repeat steps A-F in Step 1 above.
    2. The screenshot above shows that a Business owns this page example.
    3. The connection request has then been sent to the Business Manager's account.
    4. Go to https://business.facebook.com/settings/ and find "Requests". This is what it looks like (here's where the request will be received from Adline):
